Clear communication is an important part of every business. Employees need to see an open and transparent decision-making process and need to be included and up to date, because many things aect them directly. That’s why we regularly hold sta meetings, every 3 months.
Filip, the CEO, and Harry, our newly elected CTO, shared a lot of noteworthy news, company updates, new clients, projects, and upcoming events like meetups and teambuilding!
When sta is included in discussions and decisions on certain issues, it is good for morale and motivation in the workplace.
