Our Management
Harry Gorajscan
A former developer, lead software architect, head of engineering, and now our invaluable CEO who ensures Q’s technology strategy aligns with our business objectives. His technical expertise, leadership, and teamwork make him more than a mentor to our developers. He goes beyond the code to maintain the technical culture and makes sure we can continue to retain and attract top technical talent.
Vedran Tolic
Always keeping a 360-degree view of the end-user’s experience and adapts fullest to the client’s needs. Experienced in business and product development, he connects the two worlds and helps the client grow their digital products. No one can handle infinite business trips and so many projects at the same time. He hides his ears behind AirPods, and if you think he’s talking to you, don’t raise your hopes too high, he is probably having a meeting.
Goran Kovacevic
Our COO oversees the operational functions and internal processes at Q, and is the financial gatekeeper and supervisor of every penny that comes in and out. He is here to ensure the integrity of fiscal data and maintain our company’s financial health so everyone can get a bonus on time. Goran is an amateur basketball player, pro at skiing and a master of office pool tournaments.
